Happy Easter!

Some awesome ladies from my ward organized a super fun egg hunt at our local neighborhood park. The kids had a great time, even though Greyson’s face doesn’t show it!

Easter morning we did baskets and a quick egg hunt inside the house.

Later in the afternoon we dyed eggs.

Easter is one of my favorite holidays. I love spending time reflecting on Jesus Christ’s sacrifice for all of us. I also love that my older boys are at the age that they really understand what he did and how it affects each of us. Because He lives I can be with my family forever!

Easter Pageant

With Sandy and Larry in town for Easter weekend I thought it would be fun to take them to see the Easter Pageant at the Mesa Temple. We stopped at Costa Vida for dinner before (of course) and walked the gorgeous temple grounds to get some pictures. The production they put on is nothing short of amazing and it was the perfect way to start our Easter celebration!

Carson turns 10!

The weekend before Carson’s birthday I took him and a group of friends to Golf n’ Stuff for an afternoon of fun! Afterwards we went to The Screamery for some ice cream and to open presents.

We started off his birthday morning with our traditional birthday pancakes and presents before school.

For his birthday dinner he chose Panda Express and then we feasted on his birthday cake…Happy Birthday Carson!
