London’s Lego Party

For London’s 6th birthday we decided on a Lego theme. Target has so many fun Lego party accessories right now that made my job a whole lot easier! We had a Lego party for Carson about 4 years ago, so I was excited to do it again. There are so many cute ideas out there!

London’s 6th Birthday!

On the morning of London’s birthday we had our traditional confetti pancakes with icing, and then he got to open his presents! He was so excited to get Skylanders Trap Team! He has morning kindergarten this year, so Weston and I took him out for his birthday lunch when he got home from school. All he wanted was a big bowl of mac n’ cheese from Sauce. They have the best salads and pizza there as well so mom and dad were happy with that choice too. We are so proud of this little man and can’t believe he is 6!

Happy Birthday to me!

I love to celebrate the birthdays of those I love and I also love to celebrate mine! I don’t focus so much on my age, but more on all of the amazing memories from the past year. Plus what girl doesn’t like to get spoiled once in a while?

The weekend before by birthday we had a family sushi date at RA. It was fabulous of course!

On my actual birthday Weston, London, and Greyson took me to lunch at Panera (Logan and Carson were in school.) Afterwards Weston took me shopping for a new purse! We also got some yummy gelato while we were there.

Later that night we enjoyed my birthday cake. A few friends dropped of cards, treats, and flowers also. I’ve got some great friends and family!

At the end of the week I had a girl’s night out with tons of ladies to celebrate my and another friend’s birthdays which are only a few days apart. We went to dinner at Pei Wei and later we saw “The Longest Ride.” Such a fun night out! This is a picture of my new purse…isn’t it cute??

SoCal Ragnar

At the beginning of April I had the opportunity to run in the SoCal Ragnar with some friends. This was my first Ragnar and I had a blast! Our team name was “Alice in Runderland” and I was the Cheshire Cat. I was so thankful for the opportunity! I even ran into an old friend of mine from Minnesota that I hadn’t seen for 10 years!
