Cousins and Campfires

Of course the best thing about the cabin is seeing family. We spent a lot of time, around the campfire, playing card games, hiking, and relaxing together.

Summer Cabin Trip

We look forward to our summer cabin trips all year long. This year we were able to spend some time there with Weston’s parents, Justin and family, Matt and family, and Jon and family. It’s always a blast getting the cousins together. We sure missed the family that weren’t able to make it. I am so grateful for the wonderful memories my boys are making. The cabin is a magical place…especially for little boys I think.

Back to School

I can hardly believe that I have a 6th grader, 4th grader, and kindergartner! They sure are handsome boys. When I dropped off Carson and London at the elementary school London said, “Mom you don’t have to walk me in. I’ve got this.” I know you do buddy, but can you stop growing up so fast please? Logan was a little nostalgic that ORE wasn’t his school anymore. He had 5 great years there, but he was excited and nervous to start middle school. Here’s to another great year!

It’s a zoo out there!

We are lucky if we spot a bobcat once a year in our backyard and tonight was our lucky night! It’s been pretty hot and apparently our pool was just too tempting. They really are such beautiful animals.
