Last month we had to say goodbye to Miss Laura. She and her wonderful family have moved to Washington. Miss Laura is an amazing lady from our church that was London’s 1st preschool teacher. We feel so fortunate that London was able to be in her class for the past 6 months. In that short amount of time she taught London all of his ABC’s, how to properly hold scissors and cut along a line, and how to write his own name! Luckily another great lady in our ward is taking over the class for Laura, so London still gets to enjoy preschool with all of his friends (at a new house.) We will sure miss you and your family Miss Laura!
Miss Laura LOVES quilts, so we all chipped in for the fabric and a very talented mom from our class made this beautiful quilt for her!
I know London will soon forget Miss Laura’s preschool, so I took lots of pictures of the classroom and yard so he would always remember.

It's hard to accept change sometimes. The pictures were great for memories though. And of course, I love the quilt! It's a super going away gift.
So sad to see them go! What a beautiful quilt. I'm sure she will treasure that forever.
