My day with the littles…

Today Logan is up at Mt. Lemmon all day for Cub Scout Day Camp so I took Carson and London to the zoo this morning. It was so fun to see them interact with each other and without Logan there, Carson really paid attention to London and played so well with him! It was also Carson’s first time seeing the new Expediton Tanzania exhibit. Afterwards we stopped for lunch at Chick-Fil-A. All in all a great day with my “littles.”

I only had my iphone with me and the zebra just happened to be right by the fence so I could get a decent picture.

Carson’s Music Program

Last night was the 1st grade music program. All of the songs were Hawaiian inspired. Carson had a small quartet during the song “3 Little Birds.” He was so stinkin’ cute up there!

Mother’s Day

My handsome boys all dressed up for church.
The Young Women in our ward were selling cupcakes to raise money for camp. They were so pretty I almost didn’t want to eat them.

Belgian waffles for breakfast.

Not only did I marry a very handsome man that is a fantastic father, but he can cook!

Baked salmon, couscous, steamed asparagus, and brown sugar glazed carrots for dinner.

Vanilla bean crepes, filled with vanilla ice cream and topped with chocolate, caramel, bananas and whipped cream.

We have been wanting to get some fun pots for our front courtyard for a while. So we decide to treat ourselves for Mother’s/Father’s Day. Now we need to get some fun plants to go in them. Smile I hope all of the mother’s had a special day with your loved ones!

Birthday Round Up

Once the dust settled from our big circus party London laid down for a much needed nap. All of that partying is hard work ya know. When he woke up he opened his presents and had fun playing with some new “big boy” toys. Later that evening Weston took us to dinner at Zona 78 for some yummy salad and pizza and we topped it off with gelato at Frost. All in all I think our little big man had a great day!
