A Pirate Party for London!

For London’s party this year he wanted to have a pirate theme. We had a pirate party for Carson when he turned 5 also, and it was fun to do it again. Luckily I had saved all of my pirate “stuff” so it was pretty inexpensive to pull off.

I had so much fun decorating for this party!

If you were brave enough to enter, your first stop was dressing up like a pirate. We had hats, eye patches, mustaches, tattoos, swords, and everyone learned their “pirate name”. London was Matey Sparrow!

After our pirates were ready we played the “pin the eye patch on the pirate”. I think we had a lot of peekers!

Up next our brave pirates had to “walk the plank”!

If they survived the plank they were able to dig for buried treasure!

Our pirates worked up quite an appetite!

My “treasure chest” cake didn’t turn out quite like the pinterest picture. Ha!

I think it’s so cute how all the kids are so excited to give their present to London. He barely had space to open them…everyone wanted a peek!

Thanks friends for helping London celebrate!
