Who knew an ostrich farm could be so fun?

This week I joined Carson on his class field trip to the Ostrich Farm. This was WAY more fun than I was expecting! I think we need to head back again with our whole family! Up first we went 4-wheeling in the monster truck. Our driver was crazy and hilarious! Look at the size of those tires!

During our ride we stopped off for some “ostrich fishing”.

We loved feeding the Lorikeets. They would pull the plastic lids off the cups with there beaks and drink the nectar out of the cup.

There were so many animals to feed. Donkeys, deer, goats, prairie dogs, ducks, and more ostriches!

And one friendly, giant tortoise to finish things off!

That does look like a lot of fun because there is so much to do. I would have loved to ride the monster truck. I wonder how they monitor the amount of food each animal gets fed per day.
